We directly use all natural products when crafting our candles, spays or scents. We chose to go with a paraffin free soy wax because its 100% natural made from vegetable soybeans. Which is a non-toxic, plant based wax. This wax is a more expensive wax brand ,but we choose quality over quantity here at clrkz crafting. Although it is a trickier wax to work with its much more safer than a paraffin wax. A paraffin wax is a waste product of petroleum fuel. Which is a by product of gasoline production. So that means when you light a candle thats made with paraffin wax your filling your home, room or office with toxic fumes. A great example of a paraffin waxed candle would be most store branded candles. They use paraffin wax because its cheaper and last longer due to its ingredients. They are more of a quantity over quality. Paraffin waxes and gel waxes are best to avoid because they lead to cancer causing agents. Some examples of these agents are benzene and toluene.
